Hii all, just looking for abit of advice... My son is 7 and he gets spots on his cheeks.. again he's only 7 so it can't be teen spots.. he tends to get them when he's run down.. I will attach a picture.. any one have any clue. I won't lie.. he doesn't have the best diet. The healthiest thing he'll eat is bananas and the tomatos I swear aren't in his spaghetti Bolognese 😂.

Could it be hand foot and mouth?

Well these spots tend to show up when he's rundown and tired. So would they keep occuring every so often?

Are they itchy? Any discharge? I get something similar and it's similar to hives in that they very itchy and when scratched too much leak a clear fluid. It's a form of excema (according to the GP when I was about 10 - so nearly 30 years ago). My skin wasn't especially dry and it isn't like my 'proper excema' elsewhere on my body but shows up if I'm tired or otherwise unwell.

Could it be some sort of allergy or heat rash? Has he had eczema at all? I’d ask at a Pharmacy or your GP.

Our adult DD has eczema that flares up especially with stress. This magic salve worked so well with a rash on her face. Designed for babies, great reviews. Worth a try.

My DD started with acne (teenage type!) at 7. She has been seeing GP off and on and it is finally calming down now she is 10. The GP did want to see her to check for other signs of puberty, she didn't have any though. We were prescribed several treatments that helped. Worth a chat with the GP.
