Any idea what this rash could be?
Child has a few patches under his lip and 2 other patches on his cheek and side of face. No other patches on his body. They aren't itchy or sore, don't seem to be getting better or worse and haven't spread to anyone else in the family so I'm assuming not contagious.
I thought they were caused by his coat zip rubbing on his face but he's no longer wearing his coat and they haven't cleared up.
Just to point out the dark bits on the sore are dirt not blood. Any ideas?
