20 month old rash

Hi , I’ve attached pics of my baby’s rash , he doesn’t seem unwell he is now sleeping for his usual nap, I’m really worried as I have no idea what this is , it’s on his arms and legs , my family is saying heat rash? Should I ring GP?

Rash fades with glass test btw

My son had a rash like that once and it was slapped cheek, symptoms would come later. High fever, tough to break it for a few days but pain killers brought it down. Best to double check with GP tho, given the young age. Hope he feels better soon.
