Infected chicken pox??

Hello, my little boy came down with chicken pox on Thursday, it’s now Tuesday and they’re still coming up..he’s been seen at the hospital as he also has a chest infection on top of having chicken pox..tonight I’ve stripped him off to apply calamine lotion and one looks really angry and sore..does anyone think it could be infected? Thank you

Hi OP that looks infected amd likely need antibiotics. I would call GP or 111 for advice tomorrow. Hope your little one feels better soon.
