Any idea what this is?

DS (20 months) has had a cluster of what I would call bumps on his legs the last few days. No colour and sort of under the skin, if that makes sense.

Doesn't seem to be bothering him particularly but he has been a bit out of sorts with sleep and eating.

Any ideas?

My kids get that sometimes. Allthough it's hard to tell from pictures, may be a bit bigger and more raised than my experience. I never do anything about it. I think it's from rubbing against a plant? Has he had his legs out outdoors recently?
