Worried about two year old

Hi everyone, I'm a bit worried about my two year old and wondered if anyone has been through anything similar / has any advice. On Monday this week she was off her food, and vomited once in the evening. She vomited again Tuesday morning and lunchtime and was generally very quiet and lethargic in herself. She was a little better yesterday, no vomiting and eating a bit more (though not much), but has been quite sleepy again today and has just vomited again this evening. At first I assumed a stomach bug, but it seems a bit strange that she had over 48 hours without vomiting and then vomited again? Really hoping it's just a bug that will pass soon, as it's horrible seeing her poorly. Would be interested to know if anyone has experienced similar x

Sounds like the bug that’s been going round the kids near us. Seems to linger and the symptoms will ebb and flow. DD has had it for days but went over 24h without vomiting at one point only for symptoms to return. We even got her back into nursery it had been so long without a vomit only for her to start again.

what is her temperature?

She had a slightly raised temperature earlier in the week (Monday / Tuesday) but her temperature is back to normal now x
