Rash on foot ??

My toddler has this rash on his foot for over 10 days. I thought it was HFM but it’s not getting any better. Pharmacy doesn’t know what it is. It’s just on one foot, no other symptoms
Any idea what it could be??

I know this is old but my toddler had a rash looked just the same. I assumed hand foot and mouth but no blisters. After two weeks the skin is now dry and cracked. Is that the same?
