Chickenpox?

[FTM2022x]

2.5 yr old has had a heavy cold for 48hrs. Now come up in these over the past few hours. She’s had HFM previously but these look different.

Doesn’t really look like it but if it is CP more will appear pretty quickly. If not spread in the morning it’s probably not.
