17 Month Old throwing up at night

Hi there, my 17 month old threw up on Friday night absolutely everywhere and she was really upset, she threw up about 3/4 times. She was completely fine all day Saturday and today but tonight she threw up again three times, we have no idea why this is a new thing, she’s not been anywhere different or seen anyone to catch any sickness bugs, she’s not eaten anything different, still on her normal amount of milk. Any ideas on why this is happening? It’s really sad as this is the first time she’s properly thrown up, I tried to give her calpol on Friday night but she just threw it back up, I just want to know how I can help her 😭☹️

Could she be getting too hot at night? Maybe try a cool flannel if she can't keep Calpol down.

The norovirus is going around again. My child has been like this for a week. Only just heading back to school now. Threw up three times and then perked up after an hour and then back at it again at night. It was awful
