6 week old reflux and poop issues

My 6 week old is formula fed, all was well till around week 3 when she stopped having bowel moments daily and now it’s 2-4 days. She’s screaming in pain I’ve had her to the doctors who told me not to change food, she’s on cow and gate. They have given laxatives, however all her stools were soft before she started on them. Doesn’t seem that laxatives are working.
The next issue is she sounds raspy breathing wise, like she has fluid she’s only comfortable sitting up and is constantly writhing in pain when asleep so docs diagnosed reflux and gave baby gaviscon which seem to work for first few hours but we seem back to square one today.
i really don’t know what to do, feel so sorry for her. Doctors are ringing me Tuesday and I also have health visitor coming. Any advice?

Thanks will look into that. Doctors have now suggested reflux formula and omeprazole but this isn’t going to help with poops just the reflux and don’t really want her on loads of medication.
