Blepharitis 4 year old

Hi,
looking for some advice from anyone who’s child has suffered with blepharitis.
DD IS 4 years old and has suffered for the past 18 months. The blepharitis leads to chalazion (like a pea sized cyst on her eyelids) she has periods where she has none and has had single cysts but she currently has 3! One on her left upper eyelid and one on the lower as well as another of her right eye.

she is so fed up of the routine of cleaning, massaging, compresses and gel. But it doesn’t seems to be overly preventing flare ups.

we are under the eye clinic and they always disappear before a place is available for drainage (thankfully) but then new ones appear within no time.

we cannot seem to get the blepharitis which causes the cysts under control. We have no idea what is causing them- maybe an allergy?

many tips/ advice on how to manage this condition gratefully receive.

Boots do a foaming wash which I use and it doesn't really need any scrubbing, just wet face, rub over closed eyes and rinse off.

Have they checked for demodex? An eye gel with tea tree would help if this applies (please, PLEASE do not just put tea tree oil in her normal gel though, it’s quick nasty in higher concentrations!).

Also, have they ruled out ocular rosacea?
