Extra sleepy baby

My baby is 6 months old , she's teething and very sleepy Normally she doesn't like to sleep much during the day she's a proper FOMO baby if she naps during the day it's not for long maybe a hour at most. But she's just been very sleepy. She slept for 13 hours last night woke up had a bottle and pretty much went straight back asleep, she then was asleep for a good 2 hours and again had a bottle and went back to sleep
Before I go to the doctor's and they tell me it's because she's teething,
Is this normal for a baby that's teething.

That's not normal, is she otherwise well?

Shes got a snorty nose has done for about 2 weeks. But when I last took her to the doctor about her snotty nose they said that was normal and just to keep an eye on her nappies and breathing

What are her nappies like?

She had one dry one yesterday for about 5 hours but has been fine since.

I'd give the GP or 111 a call just to get her checked. We can't assess over the internet, and having an unusually sleepy child is concerning.
