My 3 year old has been vomiting since Tuesday morning, 3am. We had her up at our of hours last night, she's keeping absolutely nothing down. We were told if she is still the same tonight, she may need to go to hospital, worried about dehydration. We've been trying little sips of water, ice lollies. She's been sick this morning, but managed to keep some toast down this afternoon, she's just a wee soul.

Sounds like she’s over the worst now if she’s kept toast down this afternoon.
Keep up with water little and often (watered down juice might tempt her a bit more if she’s reluctant and you’re worried about dehydration), and food if she wants it.

Op, try some sugary squash, sugar will keep blood sugar up give some energy and squash is a bit more palatable when they are unwell - 5mls every 5 mins see how she gets on, small amounts helps their tummies cope better than large amounts at once. Ice lollies can be good too. Make sure she’s passing urine, it might be less and strong but note down if she does. If she’s not managing fluids even small amounts as above absolutely get her back for assessment. Hope she’s on the mend soon 🥰
