Worried about a rash?

Hi,
Im a FTM with a 6 month old daughter. I'm wondering what this rash is on her chin? We've done the glass test and it seems to go under pressure. Just for a bit of background;
She had her first cold while we were on holiday in Texas, it started nearly a week ago with sneezing and a red eye, now she's not sneezing much but she's coughing, runny nose, still got a red eye and now getting spots. She's been hot but no fever.
I'm hoping this is just a drool rash from teething as but has anyone seen this before on their LO?
I know it's hard to see on photos but I tried my best! There's two on her cheek too. I've also put pic of her eye but the redness didn't really come out in the photo.

I think I'm being over cautious as a measles outbreak was on the news while we were in Texas (but I know texas is huge) and she hasn't been immunised for that yet.

We did see a doctor yesterday before rash appeared and they weren't concerned about her eye.

Rashes at this age are very common...weird and wonderful causes. Looks a bit like dermatitis, particularly around the eye. Could also be down to being unwell recently. I would just keep things moisturised with a small amount of oil that's good for baby skin - jojoba for example and take to doctor if no improvement after a few days. She might need a hydrocortisone cream.

Yeah it just looks like a bit of dry skin.

Looks like eczema/ dermatitis. Could be caused by sweating, spit etc
