Lesion on bladder

Hello, I'm not sure if anyone has been in this situation before.
My DC had an ultrasound of the bladder about a month ago now. We haven't had the results formally from the paediatrician through a letter, but assumed that this meant it was all OK.

My DC had still been having on / off symptoms - urgency to wee, stinging wee, abdominal pain.

I had been feeling quite anxious due to seeing what I thought was a lesion on the scan, but after reaching out to the secretary, and not being medically trained I put my anxieties to one side.

This weekend, we've needed to go to urgent care, due to symptoms of UTI. Urine dipped again and + 1 blood seen (consistently seen whenever it has been dipped by a Dr).

This Dr printed out the results of the scan for me. In which it basically states that a lesion was seen when they had a full bladder, it was immobile, but wasn't seen post wee. So it's likely to be 'debris / sediment'

What I'm confused about, is this lesion was not moving, 'immobile' as the report states. Where typically I think debris is mobile and can be seen floating in the bladder.

Anyone been through this?! What should I be asking the paediatrician? A second opinion from urology? Another ultrasound?

TLDR; scan showed immobile lesion in child's bladder when full, but not there post wee.
