We went out to Tesco tonight to grab a few bits. While there my 12 yo DD had really bad horrible cramps resulting in explosion diarrhoea. We waited about 40 mins but it just get coming in waves. We bought some pull ups and popped them on to get her home about a 20 minute drive. Thankfully they protected her clothes but she is so upset it’s happened as am I.
she’s showered now she was covered in poo. She’s saying she’s really itchy now. Do I need to get cream to help with that? She’s not vomiting just coming out the bottom end. She’s been going still every 20 or so minutes

She’s 12. No she doesn’t need nappy cream. Just get her use the shower after using the loo and cleaning herself properly, then Vaseline helps with the pain after diarrhoea.

You just have to see the funny side and take away any embarrassing.

My teen always has funny stories about her friends shitting themselves. I couldn’t believe it was so common but a couple of them have shit themselves in the park recently.

Itching is horrible. Once she's feeling clean E45 cream should help
