Strange vomiting episodes

Hi

I apologise for this post but I get really bad health anxiety and I just can't figure this out. 2.5 year old DS vomited a couple of times between 9&10 this morning. Was ok throughout the rest of the date, ate had a sleep as normal and seemed ok. Went to have his dinner about 30 mins ago and he just vomited at the table 3 times in quick succession and then was back to himself.

Does anyone have any idea if this could be a bug or something else. I'm praying it isn't a bug but I'm also scared what it could be. Any help would be great.

Thanks

I would think it's probably a bug. So many around. Having a good few hours in between vomiting episodes can be entirely normal.
Unless you think it could be food poisoning? Many people wonder about food poisoning when it's usually a virus or stomach bug.

What else are you worried it could be? Is he otherwise fit and well?
