My daughter has this nasty looking sore on the back of her thigh. It started as a red spot but sadly she picked and played with it and it's for worse, it looks like it's spread as another small spot above it has appeared.

It’s hard to see for sure, but she may need some antibiotic cream for that, OP, especially if a second one has started up.

The little blister bit is looking a bit like the start of shingles, is she well otherwise?

Or maybe an allergy to a plant she's brushed past or an insect bite? I can have funny reactions to bits that blister sometimes.

Thank you for the comments. We ended up at walk-in centre it turns out it's impetigo.
