My 2 year old has episodes every few months of mushy stools. There’s no illness symptoms he’s eating drinking playing normally. He does 1-2 a day and they are pretty foul. I feel like it’s every time he’s teething but I’m always told this is not a thing!! He’s getting all 4 of his back teeth at the moment. It’s been going on for a week and a half. Any parents out there experienced the same? My first son didn’t have this. Last time it happened I went doctors they just told me to come back if it carried on. It cleared up after about 3 weeks.
