Child maintenance

Sorry for the long post! But has anyone ever been in my situation? Has anyone ever found a resolution to something similar?

I had a child with my ex partner and he practically abandoned our child when he was 6 months old, when we broke up. He now has 5 kids with 5 different women and hasn't payed or seen any of them. He's a deadbeat basically.
3 of his exs, including me, have a child maintenance case with him for him to pay for his kids. Standard right?
However he has totally refused to pay anything for over 6 years for any of them. He was only told to pay £2 a week for each child which is disgusting, I know and still refuses to pay.
This is because he works illegally, cash in hand, to avoid paying more for his kids.
Child maintenance told me they were taking enforcement action against him for mispayent and got permission from court to take further action. A year later, nothings been done since court. Still no money, arrears not payed. Still no effort from child maintenance to help.
I've updated them constantly with his new addresses and details. I've sent them evidence of him running his own business which is publicly on Google and social media but still nothing.
I'm past caring about the money. I've done just fine without his help. It's the principal.
How has he got away with it?

Have HMRC been informed?

I reported his business for tax evasion numerous times, but nothings been done. He isn't a legal, registered business and he isn't registered as self employed. He does everything off the books.

I am in a similar position. £11k of debt to cms, now only has to pay £15 a month to me for two children (he has another two he doesn't see and new baby with another woman)

At one point they had access to his bank accounts apparently and took money but that was years ago. Now they do nothing. They are absolutely useless.

Have you reported each and every missed payment? You can ask to take it further put in a complaint and contact your MP

Oh my ex is so much more sly than that! He opens different bank accounts in different names, changes his mobile number and email addresses and moves in with another woman every few months. They quite literally can't track him down! He won't respond to letters or phone calls from child maintenance. And this is why he won't be employed by a job because they would take it from his wages and he dosent want that. My ex only owes me £120 for 4 years!! Absolutely disgusting.

I use 'collect and pay' feature which means child maintenance track everything and keep record of all arrears and missed payments.
