Hi All

I hope someone can help me here

my son is 3.5 years old and the only things he eat is porridge, weetabix , boil rice and lentils (no spicy no tomato just boil) and all fruits

he’s keep eating this very long and now he’s fed up with it also I am too … I try so many ways to feed him .. like take him restaurant, family food time , also he go nursery it’s been 1 year but he didn’t eat anything our there as well ….

please please can anybody help me in this matter I am very worried about him… he still drinking milk in his bottle for sleep time and 1 bottle daytime …

the problem is when he saw new food he start puking 🤮 and he vomit every time …

Those are all quite soft foods. Have you seen a doctor about it? It could be a sensory issue.

Drop the daytime bottle, introduce a cup of milk then cup of water.

Try different things with the porridge and rice/ lentils, put a bit of sauce in an eggcup on the side for example, a side of peas.

how is his speech and hearing? Swallowing? Will he gag on harder foods or just not show any interest

ensure he is using utensils himself or his hands if he prefers

Yes he has sensory problems he doesn’t want to touch liquidy food…

He can used utensils, also he has delay speech issue .. also everything depends on his mood if he want to respond on his name he do… but if something not interesting for him he doesn’t listen
