Does this look like hives?

My 22 month old daughter has had slightly raised and dry red patches on her back for around a week and they've got substantially worse over the last couple of days. Does this look like and hives/an allergic reaction? Thanks

It looks like eczema to me. My daughters looks this. Hives are more like raised bumps.

Thanks @pinkwillowtree I'll take her to the GP and try and work out what is triggering it
