Rash day after 12 week vaccinations?

Hi all, my little one has her 12 week vaccinations yesterday. She seems fine in herself, usual activity levels during wake windows, perhaps a little more sleepy than usual but nothing concerning, no temperature, but she has a rash on her belly and chest, concentrating a bit around her neck - do I need to worry??

It may be nothing but a rash can be a sign of an allergic reaction if there are any other symptoms at all I'd ring 111 at the very least. Hope she's okay.

Thank you! Called 111 and got seen by someone and they said it's a viral rash and nothing to worry about which is a relief!
