Does anybody recognise this rash?

My 21 month old has this awful rash, mainly on her hands but also feet, legs, arms and face. It's not bothering her and she has no other symptoms. Dr thought it was hand, foot and mouth but she has no temperature, hasn't lost her appetite... anybody seen a rash like this before?
Does it look like HFM to mumsnetters?

I'm not medical - but my first thought was Scarlettina. Get to the GP

My little boy just had HFM and his rash looked similar. He lost his appetite for about half a days and had no other symptoms, he didn’t even itch once. The doctor said sometimes it doesn’t affect them much

Scarlatina would be on the trunk. Looks like HFM to me. All the grandchildren had it.

Is scarlatina scarlet fever?
I hope its not that. She doesn't have a temp..

Thank you. How long did it take for the rash to clear up?

Looks like HFM to me and the placement makes me think HFM too but the pharmacist or GP can advise further as it’s always best to see it in person.

He’s still got a faint mark where the spot is still fading a couple of weeks later but most were gone within a week. None of them bothered him at all

Yes this is very similar to when my eldest had HFM. She had it in similar distribution, but also her bum. Trunk spared.

Thank you all!
