My 6 year old started vomiting around 5pm yesterday until 4am this morning while vomiting she was still drinking but of course bringing it all back up again. She took about 2 sips this morning and is refusing everything food drinks ice lollies absolutely everything. She hasn't had a pee since 3pm yesterday. When should I start to worrying about dehydration?

Now.

No wee in nearly 24 hours isn't good.

If UK I would ring 111 for advice regarding the none weeing. In the meantime dioralyte is amazing. You can buy the kids version from pharmacy's. Makes a huge difference.

Literally says in the OP that she’s refusing them.

She is refusing absolutely everything. Tried it all. She is currently sleeping, never sleep during the day.

I would ring 111 and say she's refusing all forms of liquid and no urine for 24hours. They will advise you to go straight to children's A&E, but at least if you ring 111 they have your info for arrival.

I would seek advice now for sure.
