Hello,
my dd is 9 weeks old.. we had a check up with the health visitor at 8 weeks old and she found her head had not grown since her 6 week check!
she’s booked us in to measure again in 3 weeks.
I’m SO worried and dr google as obviously terrified me!
I’ve attached photos of her graph, but I’m measuring myself and there’s been no change so far!
her head doesn’t look small to me as in she looks in proportion.

Ds had similar, and they did check him.

They concluded that the most likely was

  1. He had a small head
  2. his earlier head measurement (which are very tricky to do) was probably wrong.

He's 17yo now and there was nothing wrong.

Put the tape measure away and wait for the HV to check again next month. You’ll worry yourself daft x
