My baby is 7 weeks tomorrow tried her on formula for the first time Sunday night and she still hasn’t pooed she’s so constipated any advice also noticed this rash any advice is this a milk allergy

She’s so tiny, I’d call 111. They will tell you to bring her in most likely, but better to go and be told it’s just a viral rash and nothing to worry about than to not go.
