Gaviscon in bottles

HELP! Gaviscon in bottle. I think I’m being an idiot, this doesn’t make sense to me. He’s on 6oz/180ml normally. So do I make 2 bottles? One of 4oz with gaviscon and one of 2oz without? Or just one bottle of 6oz with 1 sachet? But if/when he’s over 6.5kg that’s 235ml whereas formula is max 7oz/ 210ml. If I make it in advance can it be stored in the fridge with gaviscon in or do I add it when I warm it up?
What do you guys do?

Ok so you can only add the gaviscon just as you are about to feed the baby. With regards to the volume - just put one sachet per bottle as see how it goes.

You make up the 6oz bottle as normal, then add 1 sachet once it’s warmed up and about to feed if you’re pre-making them.

My daughter was on 1 sachet a feed until 1 (7.5kg) she said breastfeed for the majority of this time so it was mixed with 10ml cooled boiled water and given my syringe. No idea how much breastmilk she was having at the time. We stuck with 1 sachet as this allowed her to have it with every day time feed. I think she was on 9 sachets a day at the most (under paediatrics)
When she had a relapse around 14 months we went to two sachets in 5-8 Oz bottles. She's 4 now and still has it in her bedtime oat milk which is 2 sachets in 180 - 200ml oat milk
