When to be concerned about baby diarrhoea?

My baby has had diarrhoea for 4 days. Coincidentally started solids (veg) 7 days ago but hasn’t swalowed more than half a teaspoon each day

He has gone from doing a normal EBF yellow poo every other day, to pooing constantly all day and it’s green and slimy

he has a sore nappy rash for the first time too which is causing him discomfort during the constant cleaning

he is otherwise himself but I’m unsure if solids are causing it or an infection he can’t shift?
