Child's teeth

My 5yo has lost their 7th tooth tonight. They aren't 6 until July. They had a check up at the dentist a few months ago and everything was healthy. They have an 8th tooth that is also wobbly. Do I need to be concerned ? The age guides for loosing teeth seem to be alot older.

They lost their first tooth at 4.5yo and already have 4 adult teeth fully through.

Did their baby teeth come in early? I think they seem to be in line with that. So if they came in early, they’ll fall out early, and if they came in late, they’ll fall out late.

First tooth came in around 6months, They had them all by their second birthday

Ds had lost 8 baby teeth by the time he was 6.5.. so not too much different
