Coeliac and dairy intolerance causing urinary problems

Hi, my daughter was dry from age two then her health really started to decline suddenly after her 3rd birthday , she’s now 4 but has has frequent wetting accidents daily for the past 6 months or so. Diagnosed with Coeliacs disease three months ago and recently realising that dairy is a problem she has been dry at night and in the day this week. However she started back at preschool this week only three half days , and here we are today more accidents and she’s wet the bed. It’s not UTI I always find it has a distinct smell like it’s linked to fatigue or inflammation- sort of sweet and watery. Can’t explain but definitely not a UTI. I don’t know if she’s been inadvertently exposed to gluten this week and it’s just inflamed her system again. I just wonder if anyone else has experienced urinarh problems linked to food allergy’s: intolerances or anything. Just want to support her -

Does she have constipation with her coeliacs? My DS has CD and constipation with it, before diagnosis he would urinate every 10-30 minutes but he was 10 and therefore would go to the loo rather than accidents but your LO is very small and not far out of potty training.

I do wonder if it could be linked to constipation over flow- she had two bowel movements yesterday so maybe it is backing up again.

There is a good chance it is. From your use of the word "again" I'll assume she HAS struggled with constipation and overflow diarrhea previously. Frequent urination is a sign of being constipation, doctor told me that.
