Mystery spots / lumps - anyone recognise it?

Hi
My four year old son has had these spots under his arm for a few months and they’re not going. Gp has tried him on antibiotics but it hasn’t helped. Gp is unsure what it is. Does anyone recognise it?
thanks

They look like molluscum - very common in children, so it seems odd the GP didn't suggest that. They take a long time to go away unfortunately

We found they went quicker if you irritated them. The DC that never scratched had them ages. The DC that scratched and made a nasty spot went very fast.

They spread, so need to be kept clean. If one bursts, wash the area and dry and wash the towel.

I agree that it could be molluscum contagiosum

My Dd has these - it’s molluscum. Awful things! She’s in the cropping stage, and they are VERY contagious. Not much you can do for them unfortunately, just have to ride it out.

To add - Her spots are identical and she has LOADS. So far only her face has been spared 🙁
