Toddler diarrhoea

Hi

Daughter is 20 months old. Stools have often been on the mushier side as she has CMPA, but the last couple months she's managed to have "formed poops" and she's on the last step.

6 days ago she started to get mushy stools again, which has turned in to full on watery diarrhoea.

She seems fine in herself, but has gone off her food.

I've read about "toddler diarrhoea". Would this make her go off her food? Or does this sound like a bug? Thanks!

There has been a lot of Norovirus circulating this year, so it could well be a bug. I have a toddler and we all had it recently, is a nightmare. Toddler had both V & D but the diarrhoea took longer to resolve (over a week), know a number of other families who’ve also been in the same boat this winter. I hope your little one gets better soon 💐
