Help! Dulcolax! Too much

My daugher suffers from bad constipation and takes Dulcolax when needed to help. Tonight she needed it and I gave her 10ml instead of 5ml. Will she be OK? Tried ringing out of hours GP and can't get through!

We use this too but I only give 1ml as find 2.5, our recommended dose, a lot. I imagine she will be fine as even my child who is five can go up to ten mo if needed though. It’s so hard going through these struggles with your child. My boy gets so frustrated.

Thank you for your reply. She absolutely fine and the medicine has given her the clear out she needed which is great. It's terrible isn't it my daughters can get so bad she vomits.
