No temperature but not eating or drinking?

My 17 month old has had a nasty cold and is finally over it and has been since Wednesday. On Thursday she came home from nursery, had a nap like usual and when she woke up she was so hot to touch. I took her temperature and it's was 39.2°. We gave her calpol and some water and she began to feel better. On Friday she had a temperature of 37.9° but was not okay in herself. She's never been a clingy baby - she's happy, sociable and is such a good eater. She's didn't drink any of her morning bottle, had a few spoonfuls of porridge and refused anything else. She became angry and cried for an hour and refused to get off of me or play with her older sisters. She went for a nap (eventually) and woke up extremely inconsolable. Today she had a temperature of 36.4°, ate all of her 7oz of bottle, a few spoonfuls of porridge but has been clingy to me all day and not even wanting to go to her dad and has done nothing but cry for a cuddle (eventually if she's having one) and again, being inconsolable. I don't know what to do, there's nothing that seems wrong. She's eaten no lunch, no dinner + is refusing to drink her bottle and her water. Any advice?

Take her to the doctor, she may have a secondary infection from the cold - making her throat or ears sore for example and putting her off her food.
