Evening

So my daughter had Grommets out in over Xmas, and have been told she can go swimming with protective aids around her ears..

Wondering if anyone can recommend anything, we have been using ear plugs for when she has a shower but these have a tendency to fall out, so didn't want to risk that happening in the pool.

DD used silicone ear plugs (BioEars) for swimming/showering when she had an eardrum perforation - this was on the advice of her ENT consultant. As long as they’re well moulded to the ears then they create a very good waterproof seal.
