What is this in my DD eye? Please advice?

My teen daughter has this in her eye since last Wednesday.
it started after she stupidly put some fake eyelashes on and some lash was apparently poking in her eye, she took it off, was ok and then this started.
please don’t judge, she doesn’t wear fake eyelashes, only literally trying them on while with her friends.
It doesn’t hurt or anything.

What are we looking at, the black dot or the red swollen bit on the white of her eye?

The bit inside the eyeball, like a pimpl? Or spot inside the eyeball.

I booked Opticians appointment later on but I wonder if anyone knows?

I did Google. I read about the pinguela but that looks slightly different, this one she has is like some kind of cyst?
I was worried about eye herpes ( I had twice myself in the past) but she says no pain or burning or watering..
