Hi all, my 2 year old DD has not been herself for a couple of days - non stop tantrums. I initially put it down to tiredness but noticed tonight that her mouth and tonsils looks inflamed - see attached pic. Do you think this could be tonsillitis?
She had viral tonsillitis in January without any spots - but she was extremely unwell for nearly a week, had a fever and was refusing to eat. This time around she does not have the same obvious “sick” demeanour; she does not have a fever currently and is eating. Thoughts welcome, obviously appreciating this is likely to be one for the GP. We have a blood test booked for her next week at our local hospital due to lingering tiredness.
