Hi my daughter is 14 and she has had lots of pain under belly button and now it is in her back as well bottom left, she has had this for last 4 months but seems to be in constant pain, the pain is worse when she coughs or is walking about she has had blood test etc but all ok? She has been referred to gynaecology and for an ultrasound but these could take months for an appointment has anyone had anything like this? She hasn't really had a fever always just 37 or just below/above? Thanks

I have a large ish ovarian cyst and have pain in my back, low down on the side the cyst is, and also radiating down my thigh. Not near my belly button. It is also sometimes worse when moving about, although sometimes movement seems to help. Could be a possibility? Is her appetite affected?

Dd has abdominal pain regularly. A few years ago hospital said a grumbling appendix. Recently after a painful episode they removed her appendix, discovered it wasn't overly inflamed they removed it anyway but noticed a large cyst on her ovary. They now think possibly cysts, she's had a couple of scans and cysts have been there . They will only remove a cyst if it's large or twisted
