Baby teething 9 weeks old

Hi ladies any one know if this could be baby teething at 9 wks n 4 days old. He us niggly dribbling a lot and chewing dummy on that side aswell.

It’s possible but both my children were like this. They both went off their milk, chewed on dummies, bit down on anything and everything they could and the drooling was constant! I thought they were teething but it went away and came back again when their first teeth started to come through later.
