we Had movie night today so I offered popcorn, dates stuffed dates with tahini and almond yougurt to my 6 years old. He doesn’t usually eat this late but today was because of the movie. When he was tucked in bed, he was crying due to pain in his belly and his belly looked slightly bloated😭 what did I do to my son!
is it the high fibrous snacks before bed time , is the pain normal for someone to get when eating high fibre food this time.
I actually didn’t want to offer sweets and I thought such food were healthy

It's probably just too much food at once or he's a little sensitive to one of the foods. Don't worry. Next time, peppermint tea or just hot water can really help soothe a tummy ache/digestion issues. I know he's still quite little but worth a try (made a bit cooler than usual!)
