Newborn straining / going red

Hi
any advice please

my baby girl is 12 days old
last couple of days she is randomly straining really hard, making loud straining noises and going red in the face
she is not crying though!
she has pooed in the last 24 hours twice. It is runny and mustard colour, so seems normal, and not constipated? She is combi fed 50/50 and we use aptimel formula
Sometimes she burps after a feed well sometimes she doesn’t, so we keep her sat up for a while before putting her down.

it is very miserable when seeing her straining ☹️
HV said if she is eating and pooing then she may just grow out of it
