Would you worry over this?

Hi all I will get him checked by the GP tomorrow but would you worry over this? I’ve seen it before years ago on my daughter but I just found this one peice of either Petechiae or pupura spot on my little boys upper thigh below the buttocks. He’s wild so always crashing around into things but I’m aware this is more of a blood under the skin type look. It’s flat, you can’t feel anything. Would you be rushing to see someone? Fine in himself and it’s just one patch that I’m aware of and not little dots just a piece. Attached a pic

Thank you, I shouldnt jump to it but the first thing that came up to do with purpura or Petichea is leukaemia 😢 so it got me very worried… I’ve woken up and checked and it’s no more or any bigger. But I’ve seen he has a bit of blood from his nose. Nothing on his bed so I’m sure it can’t be a “ nose bleed” but maybe dry through the night and picked it due to a few bogies….. would this tie into the symptoms of it too? Because that also came up as a symptom on google and now I am really panicking although deep down I know it’s not a full on nose bleed because there would be stuff on his pillow and there isn’t. Il attach a pic. Thanks everyone , poor little guy has heart heart surgery at birth and he’s got a coloboma in his eye meaning he’s slightly blind in the left so as you can tell I am very health triggered! X
