Toddler banged soft spot

My 16 month olds soft spot is still slightly open, she banged her head whilst standing up under the table and banged the soft spot area, she had a cry then carried on as normal. There’s a small pink/red area on/next to her soft spot.
Is this a worry in itself? Abit worried because I thought the soft spot area was quite fragile x

If it's bulging or swollen I'd get them seen but their fontanelle aren't as fragile as you may think, it's not just brain straight away underneath even though I always imagined that and freaked myself out
