Nettle sting type rash

Hi

My DD has come out in a nettle sting type rash at the same time of day (tea time) for the last couple of days.

She's not had anything different, no known allergies, not changed washing powder or baby wash.

They appear on top of her hand and wrist, one or two on the face.

Any ideas?

Well they sound like hives but that doesn't necessarily mean it's an allergic reaction. Is she taking any medication? Look on NHS website, there's a list of things that can cause them.

Sounds like urticaria. Hard to say without images though (I know you can't post them at the moment!)

They've disappeared already so not raised long
