DD8 fainted x3 over 3 years

So our dd8 is a healthy happy girl no other conditions we are aware of. She had a covid vaccine about 3 years ago, was fine after then we went for lunch about 2 hours later and her head just hit the table half way through, she just totally went. We didn’t know what had happened and it was during the blood clot worries in the news so we rushed her to A&E and they did an ecg and bloods and said everything was normal. They said it can happen after any vaccine.

Earlier last year my eldest was painting her nails and she passed out again. I called the GP surgery and they said it was likely the fumes and weren’t concerned.

This week she passed out whilst brushing her teeth so this time there didn’t appear to be any triggers. I’ve called the GP and booked an appointment for her to see someone Tuesday as my gut is saying she needs to perhaps be referred for some extra testing to find out the cause (I’m not sure what those tests could be?).

I'm assuming some kids are just a bit more prone to fainting and I’m thinking it’s likely a blood pressure/blood sugar problem but wondered if anyone else has had anything like this with their child?

There is advice under the heading "vasovagal syncope" in various places eg

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/vasovagal-syncope/symptoms-causes/syc-20350527

The GP can go through the history / examine and check there aren't any "red flags" indicating need for extra testing, but hopefully not.
