My DS is two and half. He has always walked on his tip toes, he also has lots of symptoms of autism and he is on a waiting list to be seen about this. Initially we put the toe walking down to sensory difficulty and have up up until now as he has lots of sensory issues. But I noticed yesterday and he is still doing it today, he is walking now with one foot flat and one foot on the tip toe so it looks like he is limping. No sign of injury, and no pain when touched. I don't think he is injured. He is non verbal and says no words at all so he can't tell me. It also looks like his foot he is putting flat is pointed outwards slightly. Anyone know what could be wrong? I've joined gp but can't get an appointment and told to keep trying each day. Any advice welcomed. I'm quite worried.
