Blood on bed now carpet burn type on head?

Hi all, my little girl is 4 months old and has all the creams for her eczema which we continue to treat but this morning I woke up to see blood on her bed and obviously panicked! It's from her head, sort of looks like carpet burn type thing? Has anyone else had this? It looks so sore :(

It looks like the eczema sores are bleeding. It is probably itchy and she is rubbing her head on the mattress when she is sleeping.
