8mo vomiting a meal 3 days straight?

Hi all! Quick one - (Drs appointment tomorrow) Am just after any experiences… 8 month old daughter has projectile vomited a meal (once a day the last 3 days) and had a slight temp arise on Friday night/Sat day. 5yr old has a cough but not really showing signs of this yet…

I’m thinking one of two things as she is totally happy within herself. Either constipated badly as she’s only doing a small nugget every few hours or UTI.

Any experiences?
TIA

Just one vom per day and other snacks and milk were fine? Or everything coming back up for 3 days?

@BatshitIsTheOnlyExplanation Apologies, Should have been clearer.

Vomiting one meal each day, so 1st day (Friday) her porridge and last two days her dinner. Seems happy within herself but it was projectile! 😬
(All other meals and milks were fine)

Could it be some kind of food intolerance maybe? Is there a particular type of milk you're using in the porridge and used in the other meal? Not had any experience with this specifically but if it were me if it had gone on for a few days I'd probably do a quick trip to the doctor with her just to check, or a phone consultation with your doctor if your surgery does that. Hope it starts to improve soon!

Thanks @MaltipooMama It’s the milk she’s always had and has no intolerance and there’s no consistency in the food either to state allergy as she’s tried and tested these foods multiple times with flying colours.

Awaiting an appointment via an app we now have to use for children, so hopefully can get her seen today.

In case of constipation, I’ve given her a pouch of prune purée and less breakfast with much more water than she usually has, alongside her milk. To prevent sickness but also to get a proper poo out!
She started ‘pushing’ before her nap, so I’m really hoping a decent movement is on its way 😬
