Chicken pox or something else?

My 11 month old has come out in a mass of spots (mainly on her torso, thighs, arms and neck) over the course of 24hrs. She has just finished a 6 day course (was meant to be 7 but they didn’t give enough) of amoxicillin for tonsillitis, her 3rd AB’s and tonsillitis in 2 months.

it started looking like hives, very pale spots and red surrounding, now they look like this!

Waiting on 111 to call back, she hasn’t any other symptoms besides a runny nose and very itchy skin!

Have they got the white head, I can't tell in the first photo. The second photo makes me think it's not chickenpox, the spots are too large and flat, but I don't know what it could be with that pattern, sorry.

Any joint pain/swelling?

Some have a little pearl like head but I’d say there’s only a few. It’s baffling everyone! Fortunately, she seems well in herself and I suspect it’s a delayed reaction to the amoxicillin. 111 haven’t yet called back so i’ll
get her to the GP first thing.

Any joint pain/swelling?

Not that I’m aware of, she’s not showing signs of pain, more so the irritation of the itching. No swelling that I can see either.

Thank you! I’ve gone round the houses today between this and chicken pox or hand foot and mouth. But I suspect the same.
I wish things like this would appear with a name tag on.

Its not hand foot and mouth, I'm sure it's not that.

The "spots" look too big to be chicken pox and they are not blisters. I'm pretty sure it's urticaria.

It looks slightly like the rash my son had with HSP which is an auto immune reaction where the body fights off another illness, succeeds, goes into overdrive, keeps fighting and gets itself in a mess. Needs hospital treatment. Not sure the rash is quite right though and would involve joint pain and swelling!

Chicken pox is more like fluid filled blisters and they aren't always bright red
